We provide Special Discounts through our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for Military personnel, those experiencing Bereavement, and the Visually Impaired.
All refunds and future credits from airlines depend on their specific fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees will be shown in your local currency during payment.
Passenger categories include Adult, Child, Senior, Infant, Student, and Military.
Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits will apply per passenger and per ticket.

‡ All post-ticketing service fees, like our transaction service fees, are non-refundable and may change without notice. These fees are in addition to any charges imposed by airlines or other suppliers.
Government taxes and fees may vary. You will only pay the final amount shown or quoted by our agent.
1Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only possible if the fare rules of our Travel Suppliers allow it, if we accept your refund request, you are not a "no show" (most "no show" bookings cannot receive refunds), and if we can obtain waivers from suppliers for your cancellation and refund request.

3Special Services - All Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline's review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.
- Name Misspelling - Passengers name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID
- Visa/Passport - A Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request
- Baggage - please retain all receipts and baggage tags
- No- Show - Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required
- Denied Boarding - Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required
- Duplicate Tickets - Copies of all tickets, reflecting exact same itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request
