If you find a lower qualifying rate within 24 hours of booking a flight, we can either adjust your itinerary to match that rate or reimburse you the difference. To be eligible for the reduced rate, you need to fulfill the particular requirements detailed below:

EligibilityThe Lowest Price Guarantee is available for any customer who makes a qualifying airfare purchase through FareOking.com. The guarantee does not apply to airfares purchased as refundable tickets.

Claim RequirementsIf you find an airfare with the same itinerary, dates of travel, airline, flight numbers, and passengers, subject to the same fare restrictions, and it is $10 less than the fare you reserved, you may reach out to FareOKing Support within 24 hours of your original booking. FareOKing will either a) provide a new reservation at the reduced fare (depending on availability) or b) offer you a $50 coupon for each ticket, applicable to your next FareOKing purchase, specifically for service fees.

US-based PurchasesThe Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to tickets purchased through FareOking.com for travel within the 50 domestic United States. You must also use a valid credit card with a United States billing address.

Excluded FeesThe guarantee only applies to the total airfare. It does not cover differences in service fees, booking, processing, shipping, paper ticket fees, and other charges not directly related to the airline ticket.

Claim ProcessTo claim a refund or adjustment, contact the FareOKing Support Center within 24 hours of booking. A travel agent will verify the claim and, if valid, take the necessary actions. Claims submitted after the 24-hour window or for unavailable flights/seats will be denied.

Fare ComparisonThe guarantee applies to airfares that are at least $10 lower than what you paid. The comparison must involve the same fare restrictions (e.g., if you purchased an unrestricted airfare, it will not qualify if compared to a restricted fare on another website).

VerificationFareOKing reserves the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or for which incomplete information has been provided.

Published Fares OnlyThe guarantee applies only to published fares available to the general public. It does not include unpublished rates, such as corporate discount fares, government fares, or special promotions like military, group, or student fares.

Opaque FaresThe guarantee does not apply to opaque fares (where the airline or flight details are unknown until after purchase). It also excludes fare differences of less than $10 and any additional fees (service, booking, processing, etc.).

Eligibility for Public RatesThe guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public on a US-based website. For example, it does not apply to membership program websites, corporate discounts, or auction-based fares. Prices quoted in currencies other than USD or via email inquiries are also excluded.

Coupon IssuanceOnce your claim is verified, FareOking will either modify your booking to the lower fare or issue you a $50 coupon for each eligible ticket in the same confirmed reservation. This coupon will be valid for future service fees on FareOKing.com, and it will be issued via email within 10-15 business days.

Coupon ValidityCoupons are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used towards future service fees for travel booked on FareOKing.com. Once redeemed, the service fee will be refunded to the credit card used for the new booking. Extensions or reissues are not permitted.

Coupon RestrictionsCoupons are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. Attempts to purchase or auction coupons will result in their voiding.

Exclusive CompensationThe coupon is the sole form of compensation provided by FareOking for the failure to fulfill the Lowest Price Guarantee.

Refunded TicketsIf the qualifying purchase was for a refundable ticket, and the difference ticket amount is refunded, any issued coupon will become null and void. Additionally, if the purchase is canceled within 48 hours of booking, the claim and any issued coupons will not be valid.

Coupon Redemption ProcessTo redeem a coupon, you must complete a new purchase on FareOKing.com and provide FareOking Customer Support with the necessary details, including booking information. The coupon will apply to service fees and must be used for one-time future travel bookings.
